We’re excited to invite you to register for the next cohort of our WHYNESS Programme, which will begin in October 2023 and last for 9 months. How it works:
- By analysing meaningful personal stories from your life, WHYNESS will help you define your fulfilment sweet spot – the overlap between your core values, your strengths, and the impact you want to have through your work
- We will work with you and employers to design your personalised placement programme.
- If you are fortunate enough to be selected for the programme, you will complete 3 paid placements with 3 different employers (3 months each), tailored to your values, strengths, and purpose.
- After completing the 9 month WHYNESS programme, you can apply for full-time role(s) with your favourite employer(s).
