Jay School Corporation will participate in the summer feeding program as previous years. We will provide bulk meals (5 breakfasts and 5 lunches) once a week for children 18 years and younger. Distribution will be on Tuesdays starting 6/15/21 through 7/27/21. Only parents/guardians or students are allowed to pick up meals.
We are asking for your help in taking this survey, so we can plan on how much food to prepare.
