I understand an orientation session must be attended before a students will be enrolled in a credit recovery course (You must attend the session each year, even if you have attended one in prior years) Student will be contacted to schedule attendance at an orientation session. *

I understand the course must be completed in 18 weeks from orientation date or the deadlines listed in the attached contract above. *
I understand if the student does not complete the course in the required time limit or if the student takes a pretest, post-test, or final exam without being monitored, the student will be dropped from the course.  Also, the student will not be allowed to attempt credit recovery from the Credit Recovery Program in the future. *
