On-Role Management Employee
Designation: 1st year: Associate trainee (On-Role Management permanent Employee); From 2nd Year: ME grade (On-Role Management permanent Employee)
Working Hours: 8 hours (All Shift A – 7am to 3pm, B – 3pm to 11pm & C – 11pm to 7am)
Salary Structure: Approx CTC Rs.18,500 per month; (after deduction for PF, Professional Tax, Transportation & Canteen, the take home monthly salary will be approx Rs 12,200; Annual bonus at the year end approx Rs 12,200 as applicable)
From 2nd year CTC approx Rs 20,000
Facilities: Transportation & Canteen at nominal deduction
Every year there would be annual increments on the basis of performance
Recruitment Process:

Once you reach, a medical test will be conducted. After you clear the medical test, your joining process will start. If the candidates are not fit, they will have to return back immediately.
(Medical Test: ECG, X-Ray, basic blood test, hemoglobin level, BMI, Vision, Colour blindness, BP etc to ensure if the applicant is fit to work or not.)
Initial 10 days stay will be provided. (Normal expense of stay comes around Rs 1500 to 2000 per head per month on sharing basis)
