08.00-08.15: Opening and welcome remarks. Update on VIS-BC mentoring programme
08.15-09.15: Step-by-step guidance and lessons learnt from VIS experienced grant applicants in STEM and 
                        Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS) by Dr Linh Nguyen (University College London),   
                        Dr Minh-Son Pham (Imperial), and Prof An Nguyen (Bournemouth).
09.15-09.30: Q&A
09.30-09.40: Coffee break
09.40-10.00: “An Introduction to developing international partnerships and making funding applications  
                        between the UK and Vietnam”, by Mr Bill Burson, Head of Partnerships, Global Wales.
10.00-10.45: Introduction into narrative CVs -- A new format of CV required by UK and EU funders. Breakout  
                        group tasks: How to craft an individual and team narrative CV. Sessions led by Dr QueAnh Dang 
                        (Coventry) and Dr Vinh Doan (Warwick) and other VIS speakers.
10.45-11.00: Feedback and reflections by all participants. Closing remarks.
