Thank you for your interest in supporting local farmers and in building community wealth of our Hmong farmer members. Please take the time to fill out this form to better understand your interest and needs. Any information you put down will not be shared and will only be used for internal purposes.

Below are a few practices for the HAFA Food Hub:

- Our growing season starts May until December. A produce availability list will be sent out as soon as produce is available to harvest in May and throughout the growing season. 

- Weekly Availability list will go out every Monday (1 week prior). Please submit request by the following Monday for a Tuesday or Friday delivery.

- If you are looking for a delivery outside Tuesday or Friday please reach out to us.  

- Delivery of produce are free for orders exceeding $200, otherwise a $25 delivery fee will incur and included in the final invoice.

- An invoice will be attached with the delivery of produce and one will be emailed the morning of delivery. We have a 30 day grace period to pay the invoice or a late fee will ocur.

- If you have any questions or additional request for produce throughout the growing season please feel free to reach out to Ariel Xiong and we can see if any of our farming members have it available.
