Sanjay logged into her assigned virtual classroom for 9th grade physics. The teacher had not yet signed in, however, all the students were in attendance. Ryan, the self proclaimed class-clown, took this opportunity to begin an unruly stand-up comedy routine and insulted several students in the classroom. Those who were insulted left the classroom and emailed the teacher. Once the teacher received those emails, she realized her virtual staff meeting went over and ran into her instructional time. She abruptly left the staff meeting and logged into her virtual class. By the time the teacher logged in, Ryan had insulted everyone in the class. Ryan and the other students exited the classroom before the teacher logged in. Sanjay was the only student remaining in the virtual class. The teacher asked Sanjay what happened and Sanjay replied we were waiting for you.
