TRANSPORTATION TEAM: DATE/TIME: May 19th 4:00pm - 8:30pm LOCATION: Festival Hall ATTIRE: Black pants and Nice Shirt. The TRANSPORTATION team is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the event transportation needs, including but not limited to the following: holding up directional signs to direct vehicles into pick-up area, lining up vehicles at Guest/Host pickup location, communicate action plan and hand out driving route to drivers, assist and lead guests out of check-out area into vehicles, assist guests out of vehicles and onto red carpet.

ALTERATIONS TEAM: DATE/TIME: Friday, April 26th from 4:30pm - 8:30pm and/or Saturday, April 27th from 8:30am - 1:00pm. LOCATION: Memorial Hall, 72 7th Street, Racine. ATTIRE: All black. The ALTERATIONS TEAM will be responsible for basic alterations such as hemming, taking in, adding straps. Must bring your own sewing machine and supplies. Dresses may need to be taken home for completion.

FESTIVAL HALL TEAM: DATE/TIME: May 19th 3:00pm - 8:30pm LOCATION: Festival Hall, 5 5th Street, Racine ATTIRE: Black pants, White shirt. The FESTIVAL HALL TEAM is responsible for a wide variety of support roles. This could include guiding individuals to seating at red carpet, checking in hosts or guests, guarding doors, handing out photographs or gift bags.

The Red Carpet Event is where everyone lines up to cheer for the honored guests as they arrive. We encourage you to attend if it does not interfere with your volunteer commitment. The Red Carpet takes place at 4:30pm.
