Enrollment & Emergency Form

Admissions for 2022-2023: Students' seats will be preserved with the proper and timely completion of this form.  

A separate application must be filled out for each potential student. Families who would like to apply for multiple children to attend GCS are required to fill out 1 enrollment form per child.  

This form must be submitted along with the required $100 enrollment fee for each student. Once we have received your enrollment fee and the enrollment form, our Business Manager will issue a tuition Payment Agreement. Tuition for the 2022-2023 school year is $6,825.

Perspective Kindergarten students must participate in the Gesell testing progress to help establish readiness. The Gesell test will be scheduled by the school office once a child is registered.
