Dear sportsman or sportswoman
It is quite important to know what our strengths and weaknesses are from a psychological point of view in order to achieve our best performance in the healthiest possible way. For this reason, we would like to give you the opportunity to take part in this research, because thanks to your experience and knowledge, you can provide us with valuable information on how to psychologically manage the training and competition of an ultra-distance race.
For this reason, we would like to ask you, by a few questions that will take you around 10-15 minutes to answer, to help by your example all those who prepare for and achieve their goals in competitions such as this one.
