MVA Contract 2022-2023
Dear MVA Parents and Students,

The data shows that more than 90% of those who pass their Maricopa Virtual Academy classes are students who met or exceeded the minimum time requirements.

It is with the intent to first, allow the students to have the best chance in passing classes and second, to satisfy the education laws of Arizona, that we are requiring you to agree to the stipulations outlined below.

By checking the box we confirm that we understand each course needs a 6800 combined total on/offline minutes. *

By checking the box we confirm that we understand that finals are in person and must pass a final with a 60% or higher to pass the class. Anything less will be allowed one retry and on second attempt if it is still less than 60%, students will receive an F in the class. *
