Currently our website is in weebly, which is easy to learn!  We are open to a website revamp if you have more experience in that area.

Graphic Design - 'on call' position, requests will be sent for help throughout the school year for small jobs like flyers or signs for events.

Photographer - no professional experience necessary!  We simply need photos taken at the events you are already attending!  Photos will be used in our yearbook, newsletter, on our social media/website.

Meadowbrook Mingle committee  - assist with the planning of Meadowbrook's largest fundraiser!

Recess Running Sticks - keep those kids active at recess!  This committee tracks the miles the kids individually run, and hand-out prizes for milestones.

Book Swap - held at Meadowbrook, free books for all students (volunteering mostly consists of a few hours sorting the books into categories for the kids to choose from!)

Book Fair - Offsite fundraiser for Meadowbrook

Student Picture Helpers - help during school picture day to ensure students are comfortable, and ready for their photo.

Incentives (Box Tops & Amazon Smile)  - Get the word out to the Meadowbrook community about these free ways to make a few extra dollars for our school!

Plant Sale - Be a part of the committee to plan/execute the plant sale, or volunteer to help organize plants and help the day of pickup.

Display Cases - help to design/decorate the display cases at the school.

Lost and Found - help to organize/sort the lost and found.  This can be as big or little of a job as you have time for!

Restaurant Nights committee- Set up fundraising nights with local restaurants/businesses.

Teacher Grants - Gather and organize requests from teachers/staff for grants directly from the PTO.

Staff Appreciation committee- show our Meadowbrook staff just how much we appreciate them!

Online School Supplies - Work with school admin/teachers to gather their school supply lists at the end of the year. Advertise the families where to order. Families can order their supplies in one spot and the PTO gets a percentage of the sales!

Copy Help in Front Office - assist staff with their photo-copying needs when your schedule allows, and open up their day to support our students.

Online Directory Chair elect - work with this years chair to learn about our directory for future years.

6th Grade Picnic Committee - end of year celebration for our outgoing 6th graders.

5th Grade Picnic Committee - end of year celebration for our outgoing 5th graders (this will be their last year at Meadowbrook also!)

Room Parent  - Please list grade(s) and teacher(s)  (Not all classrooms will utilize a room parent, but we will share all interest with the teachers and they will reach out if/when they need help!)
Parent Volunteer at Recess - help to supervise students at recess.  The school needs help as they are short staffed, if you are interested in helping for a day here an there or more on a regular basis, let us know!   Hours are from 11:30am-1:45pm
