SSTARfitness - 21-day Free Trial Registration
Thank you for your interest in signing up for free trial. Our goal is to help busy working adults use their limited time efficiently to train and improve their fitness with a safe, injury-free program, based on sports science. Our training methodology and programs are based on the award-winning global training program 'Run Less, Run Faster' from the Furman Institute Running and Scientific Training (F.I.R.S.T.)

Anytime during or after your 21-day free trial, you are welcome to sign up for a 6-month training plan. The good news ! After completing the program, you graduate and running with the team is FOC, forever - with no expiry. 

We meet every Tues. Wed, Thurs and Saturday for training sessions, led by Coaches Andrew Cheong and Diana Lee and a team of pacers. 

Tues - 6:45pm, Bishan Stadium Track, for speed training
Wed - 6:45pm, Vivo City Flower Tree Sculpture, running gait classes. This is a paid class, not available for free trials
Thurs - 6:45pm, Car Park L, Sports Hub (Exit A, Stadium MRT), tempo run
Sat - 6:00AM (morning), Car Park L, Sports Hub, Long Run. Sat is not available for free trials

Get these basic tools before you start training

1. A GPS enabled sports watch and running shoes.

2. SSTAR.fitness official "Blue Stripes"  running singlet or T-short priced at $20 each or $35 for two. Ask our friendly members how to get one. Wear it for our runs!

3. Consider bringing an extra towel to be laid on the floor when doing exercises if you need it.
