Join us in Costa Rica's biodiverse Southern Zone as we revel in barefoot bliss at Kinkara’s 10-acre luxury permaculture paradise. Ojas, which translates to “vitality” in Sanskrit, speaks to the energies that rule our immunity, strength, and happiness in Ayurvedic science. Your time at Kinkara will not only deeply nourish any imbalances within your current constitution, it will teach you how to rev your engine - anytime, anywhere. The itinerary has been curated in a way to help you break through your limiting beliefs, clear stagnant energy, and transform from within to embody the force you truly are.

Retreat Expectations + Agreements: 

1) The integrity of a retreat experience is very important. This is a substance free/sober retreat. No alcohol, drug use or plant medicines are permitted.

2) Phone usage may be limited due to reception and to maintain the presence + engagement of the group container.

3) This Retreat is not a typical trip/vacation. You understand and respect that this experience is suitable for dedicated participants who are willing to experience and deepen their wellbeing.

4) You acknowledge that this event will take place in a rural location and are comfortable with the natural elements, including animals and insects, that naturally inhabit this precious land. 

5) The lifestyle and itinerary of this retreat is influenced by the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda to facilitate self-inquiry and personal development.

6) Previous meditation or yoga experience is not required. All skill levels are welcome.

7) Please be reminded that we strive to accept and include all requests and participants however spaces  are filled on first-come first-served. House of Wren cannot guarantee space for any late payments. Registration may close in case of a full-house.

8) If your application is approved, you agree to pay the $500 deposit to confirm your spot. Payment plans for the balance due will be agreed upon at the time of acceptance to provide as much financial support as possible. All payments must be made no later than April 10, 2024.
