Please complete one form per person.  All JET Band & Color Guard parents and students should complete this form in order to be registered in the Helper Helper app and gain access to volunteer opportunities and hour tracking.

The email and cell phone number that you submit will be used to contact you for volunteering purposes.  Please be sure to list an email address that you check frequently and the cell phone number where you can be reached directly if necessary.  Each person MUST use a unique email as that email will be your username for the app.
