IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN :
Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting and repairs (valve repair, wiring, main line repair, leak detection)
Familiar with setting most common controllers
Ability to install and maintain a smart controller
Ability to calculate, layout and install new systems
Clean and current California Driver's License
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE GARDENER:
Minimum 2 years experience as a lead gardener
Knowledge of pruning, and plant health management
Bay Friendly certified
Knowledge of smart clock maintenance
Ability to read plans
Irrigation repair including valves, wiring and clocks
Knowledge of use and maintenance all gardening power tools
Plant I.D. and knowledge of maintenance requirements for plants
Disease/Pest ID and safe application practices
Ability to manage and direct a crew and prepare reports.
Clean and current California Driver's License
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION
Minimum 2 yrs experience with stonework (brick, flagstone, walls, etc.) and carpentry (fences, decks, walls), plant ID, Irrigation Installation; ability to read and interpret all landscape related plans
Clean and current California Driver's License
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
