Appointments are available based on Media Services staff availability. You may book one session at a time. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book.
Library staff may not be able to provide assistance for all device types, programs and problems, nor can they repair devices or troubleshoot hardware and/or software problems. In these circumstances, we will make every effort to provide you with resources to answer your technology questions.
We recommend that patrons use their own equipment during an appointment whenever possible, but if you require use of a library device for demonstration purposes, please let us know.
