If you wish to participate in beta testing of 10 Crowns (the “Game”), please submit the information requested below.  Once you submit this application, you will be required to agree to the Beta Test Agreement, which will include the following requirements, and other terms.  BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION YOU AGREE THAT IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED AND YOU BETA TEST THE GAME, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE BETA TEST AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE BOUND TO THAT AGREEMENT, DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION AND/OR DO NOT BEGIN BETA TESTING.  In the Beta Test Agreement, you will have to agree that:

-You acknowledge that MOHAWK GAMES, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Company”) has a protectable interest in any information you learn of that relates to Company, its business, or the Game and that is not generally known to the public, including any aspect of the Game, screen depictions, characters, story lines, routines, information identifying you as a beta tester of the Game or the existence and terms of this agreement, and all feedback about the performance and experience of the Game (collectively, “Confidential Information”).

-You shall not directly or indirectly disclose Confidential Information to any person or entity other than Company, and you shall not use any Confidential Information, except as required to develop feedback or as expressly authorized by Company in writing. You shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent the inadvertent disclosure of Confidential Information.

-You acknowledge that Company is the owner of the copyright in all aspects of the Game, including any image, video, audio, writing, or other content that is derived from the Game, or otherwise captures, depicts, or describes the Game and that is created by you (collectively, “Game Content”). You acknowledge that publicly disclosing any Game Content, including by posting Game Content to websites such as YouTube, Twitch, or Reddit, constitutes willful infringement of Company’s copyright in the Game Content and a material breach of the Agreement.  

-You represent that all information you provide below is accurate and complete.

If you are selected for registration, we will email you the Beta Test Agreement, followed by instructions to access the Beta once the Agreement is signed.
