I/We understand that we are responsible for paying our tutoring invoice by the 20th of the current month by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, I/We understand there will be a late fee of $25 added to the invoice.

I/We understand that I/We need to cancel sessions within 24 hours to receive a make-up session. Sessions not cancelled within 24 hours are my/our responsibility to pay for. I/We understand that sessions are not removed from invoices and that make-up sessions are offered in place of missed sessions.

I/We understand that there is a non-refundable $50 registration fee (per student) to hold a summer tutoring spot for my student. My student's tutoring spot will only be held after the $50 registration fee has been paid in full (invoice will be sent electronically via email). *
