2024 Athlete Development Program (ADP) Application 
ADP is targeted for students who have demonstrated achievement and are committed to making improvements in their chosen sport. Students applying for ADP are required to be currently playing club level in the sport they are applying for with ambitions to continue their development.

By applying for a place in the Athlete Development Program, you agree to the terms and conditions specified. This will require you to;

* Work towards realising your full potential in sport and studies
* Conduct yourself in a manner that meets with the school's expectations and rules
* Be respectful to coaches and follow their directions
* Demonstrate sportsmanship and fair play principles when competing
* Wear the SHAPE uniform to all sessions
* Attend school sporting carnivals such as the Swimming, Athletics and Cross Country
* Catch up on work missed in class
* Hand in all assessable items of work for all classes
* Follow all school rules
* Maintain an acceptable grade average in all classes

If the following conditions are not met there will be consequences. 

Applications will close week 9 and applicants will be notified if they were successful or not during week term 1, 2024
