I acknowledge that participation in the production is mandatory. THE ENTIRE COMPANY COMPETING TOGETHER IN ONE DANCE IS A HIGH PRIORITY IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE FAMILY CAMARADERIE WITHIN THE TEAM. *
How many other group dances is your dancer interested in competing (NOT including production, solo or duet/trio)? Please note that Stephanie/Liz will have the final say in determining how many routines each dancer is in. We will not exceed  the numbers of routines requested without your permission, but we may cast a dancer in fewer dances than they requested based on many factors including styles selected by teachers vs. dancers strengths, abilities, etc. *
Is your dancer interested in competing a solo? *Solo competitors must have weekly private lessons during the weeks that we are open for the season Sept.-May (closed during holiday breaks).  **Private lesson rates apply.  Solos and Duet/Trios are suggested for dancers with prior competition experience.  Solos are recommended for dancers who have previously competed in a duet/trio. *
If interested in a solo, please list your preference for choreographer and style of dance. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will be matched with your preferred choreographer. Many factors will be considered when pairing dancers with choreographers including private lesson availability for teachers.
Is your dancer interested in competing a duo or trio?                                                                                  **Private lesson rates apply.  Solos and Duet/Trios are suggested for dancers with prior competition experience. *
If interested in a duo/trio, please list your preference for duo/trio partner(s), AND for the choreographer and style of dance. Please consider checking with the parent of the dancer(s) they wish to be paired with before submitting this form - we want to be sure all dancers listed are on the same page regarding requesting a duo/trio. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will be matched with your preferred choreographer. Many factors will be considered when pairing dancers with choreographers including private lesson availability for teachers.
We plan to attend Starquest Nationals in Galveston, TX June 19-23, 2022. Is your dancer interested in attending nationals with the studio? We know that many things can change between now and then and understand that you cannot commit fully at this time. However, this information will be helpful for casting dances and planning the season. *

Please list any conflicts that you have during June, July and August.  We will use these dates to schedule choreography sessions for each of the group dances. *
Do you have any specific date conflicts for the 2021-2022 season (September - May)? If so, please list *
ALL DANCERS, please list your availability for both Friday afternoon (including available start time after school) AND Sunday afternoon/early evening.   Please keep in mind that we will not be able to take special requests for company day and time.  We are merely using this as a guide to possibly have options when grouping dancers together.  (**Typically Teen dancers rehearse on Sunday afternoons and Petite/Junior dancers rehearse on Fridays after school) *
