TERMS and CONDITIONS - By submitting this form, I understand that all photographs taken at Frome Studios sessions remain the property of, and under copyright to Frome Studios or the participating photographer. I give Frome Studios and any participating photographer permission to use any photo or video image of myself for any purpose including advertising and/or marketing in any form. In exchange for Modelling for Frome Studios I accept full and final remuneration in the form of edited digital prints or edited video. I understand that I can not sell, distribute or alter the images or video in any way without the express permission of Frome Studios. I understand that images may be retouched and edited for artistic reasons. An application to join our modelling projects and services is not a guarantee of acceptance and Frome Studios reserves the right to decline an application. I understand that Frome Studios are not responsible for loss or damage to personal effects or personal injury whilst at a Frome Studios location or during travel to or from a location. Frome Studios reserves the right to dispense with a models services at any time without reason, notice or for a breech of the above conditions. SEE full T&C's
