Dear Key Worker Parents and Carers,

We are now preparing for educational provision over the Easter period.

We have a skeleton staff in place made up of teachers and TAs who have volunteered to work over their holiday fortnight. This means that the provision will only be available for the children of our Key Workers – we are not able to offer this service to any other families including our EHCP and vulnerable children.

Please complete the form by midday on Wednesday 1st April if you need to use this service.

Please only send your children to school if you have no other alternative childcare provision at home. N.B - we will not be offering childcare on Friday 10th or Monday 13th April as these are bank holidays.

We will not be able to offer breakfast or after school club, or any food. Please provide your child with a packed lunch for each day they will attend, and a healthy snack to eat during their morning playtime.

If you have not already done so, we will also be asking you to provide proof (e.g. payslip, NHS Identity card etc) of your Key Worker status, either by emailing this to us or showing us on your first day.
