Ward Forum Survey for TDSB Ward 14 - Don Valley East

Ward Forums provide an opportunity for parents, community members, staff, and students from schools in a ward to meet with their local school trustee to discuss issues of common concern, learn about matters under consideration by the Board, and share their feedback. Ward Forum meetings are also an opportunity for parents and school councils to build connections to their Trustee, Superintendents, other parents and school councils in their ward.

The format for ward forums varies from ward to ward. I am currently planning to hold monthly meetings for the remainder of the school year at various locations throughout our ward. In order to find out which formats will work best for Ward 14, I'm asking you to please fill out the survey below with your ideas and feedback, so that I can take them into consideration when making decisions.

Meeting Format

What type(s) of meetings would be most useful for you? Please check all that apply:

Meeting Times

Ward Forums are typically held on weekday evenings, but I am looking to see if there are more convenient times for people to meet. Please let me know which time(s) work best for you:

During school hours: morning

During school hours: afternoon

Immediately after school

Early evening: begin at 6pm, with light dinner (e.g. pizza) provided at meeting

Later evening: begin at 7:00pm, after dinner
