We will be partaking in numerous walks during the retreat, we will spend a large amount of time outdoors. You must have a good fitness level and suitable clothing and footwear. Please expect uneven terrain, steps and stiles.

It is your responsibility to check the difficulty rating and description and make a reasonable judgement of your fitness and capabilities before signing up.

The Walks are open to all levels.

*please note the above websites are examples of the walks that we may take during the retreat. A more specific route will be shared closer to the date of the retreat.

Our Saturday walk will be led experienced female walking guides.

These are easy to medium level walks. You must be physically fit & well. You are responsible for your own health & safety and must be well enough to hike for at least 4 hours and plus.

Please note that walks may be subject to change according to weather conditions and timing

Your space is Only confirmed once we have received your £250 deposit. We are unable to reserve or hold any spaces.

This is a Ladies only retreat. We can not accept anyone under the age of 18 years old.

Payment details, Waiver form and Retreat Info will be sent within 3-7 days of receiving your booking form. Please make sure you check your spam/junk mail before emailing us.

All walks are 15-30mins away from the accommodation. Parking costs will be covered and a small contribution will be given towards petrol.
