This form is for any brothers who would like to meet with an E-board member of your choice in person and discuss a new idea or concern/issue.

You MUST write your name because the purpose is so that we fix the problem at hand/discuss ideas you may have.

These will be checked on a weekly basis and the specific e-board member will contact you as soon as possible to set a time and date to meet up.
