K-CORE: Kingsborough Collaborative Research & Conference Bootcamp
Learn hands-on skills (e.g. collaborative, research methods, acoustic analysis, statistical analysis, poster making, giving a presentation), develop a joint research project with 1 or 2 other students under Dr. Spinu's supervision and that of advanced graduate students, and present your work at (at least) one professional conference.

To form a general idea, you can check out several posters (some with accompanying presentation videos) featuring former student participants: https://lscconf.commons.gc.cuny.edu/student-poster-sessions/
Unlike in these videos, you will not be presenting alone but together with your group members.
