This is our preliminary sign up form for Ganbatte Matsuri AKA Ganbatte's 1 year anniversary event!
We will provide
further details will be once accepted!
This will be a full day outdoor event paid admissions event, if you are vending as a 10x10 vendor you will need to bring your own canopy.
Tables and chairs can be provided if you do not wish to utilize your own.
We highly encourage your table to display to incorporate lighting for further visibility and to attraction attendees to view your booth especially at this specific location as the evening time comes.
All Artist Alley vendors are be provided with a 6ft table spacing.
Vendor fees is as follows below:
10x10 starts at $260
(allows 10x10 canopy spacing, 10% discount per additional 10x10 spacing)
Artist Alley starts at $160
(6FT table space allowance for artist alley)
Sponsorship packages starts at $500, $1000, and $1000+
Food vendor fees starts at $300
Show Car slots starts at $50
Entertainment / Performance sign up = free admission if chosen
Volunteers = Free admission + food/drinks & more!
