CANCELLATION POLICY
1) TRAC-KC requests that participant cancellations are requested 24 hours in advance of registered events in order to receive a *refund. 
2) By registering for events, the participant is holding a spot for themselves. These reservations may involve a fee paid by TRAC-KC. In such cases, *a refund minus said fee is available if the participant cancels their registration at least 24 hours in advance. 
3) If TRAC-KC cancels an event, participants may choose to receive either a refund or a credit to apply toward future events.
