Adoption Interest - Dog/Puppy
Thank you for your interest in adopting a dog/puppy from Who Saved Whom!

You are part of the solution, and we love you for it.

This form will help us pair you with the dog who fits best in your living situation and expectations. Please answer all questions honestly for the best possible outcome for a great, fulfilling, and permanent fit.

We do not necessarily agree with each of the possible answers for all dogs, but do ask that you are transparent about your plans.

Each of our dogs: 
•Are spayed/neutered
•Tested for Heartworm 
•Have been dewormed
•Are up to date on vaccines
•Have been dosed with Heartworm prevention
•Have been dosed with pest prevention
•Have been microchipped/registered
Their care costs to us are about $175 minimum, excluding any special medical needs they have had. 

Once you have submitted this Interest Form, we will contact you with any questions.  If we currently have a dog that we believe will be a great fit for you, or if you have requested a specific dog, we will your profile, call your veteranarian reference and if all goes well, schedule a video call to get to know a bit and do a home check.  to proceed with a meet and greet with you and any animals in your home. If possible, the initial introduction to pets is best done away from your home, even if only across the street. It allows your pet/s to relax and let go of any pressure to guard your home. 

 If everything goes well, we will have you pay an adoption fee via PayPal ( accepts regular credit cards) in order to help us sustain financial stability so that we can continue saving dogs. This usually will be about $200.

In the case that you live more than an hour away, it is a possibility that we could do a video home visit, and do a more extensive exchange of information, then do a meet and greet prior to agreeing on the adoption which would result in you being able to take the dog with you.  This form or an approval as a future adopter does not constitute an agreement for you to adopt a specific dog from us. A meet and greet MUST take place, and meet with our guidelines for a good fit prior to an adoption agreement.

It is important that any dog adopted from Who Saved Whom be returned to us if they are lost or if you decide to rehome it.  For this reason, we have registered all of our dogs implanted microchip with Who Saved Whom, in case they are lost.  Do you agree to inform Who Saved Whom if the dog is lost, and maintain contact with us regarding any calls we make to you to inform you that it has been located?  Do you also agree to return the dog to us rather than rehoming it or surrendering it to a shelter, adoption center, or pound?  If not, please explain. *
