Notes before requesting a reservation:
• Explorations are approximately 30 minutes long and occur during a two-hour field trip. Depending on group size, students may be rotated through the classroom at separate times.
*      Field Trips with Exploration Classes are subject to availability. Groups of 10-30 students can be accommodated on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Larger groups of up to 45 students, or groups who prefer a quieter Museum experience, may visit on Mondays.
• Two weeks advance reservations required.
• We do our best to accommodate your first choice, but please provide alternate dates and times.
• We require at least 1 chaperone for every 8 children.
• All requests are subject to availability and reserved on a first come, first served basis.
• We will process your request within 5 business days and send you an email confirmation.
• If your request cannot be filled or we need more information, we will contact you.
• Discounted rates may be available depending on your group’s needs.
