WELCOME TO HANCOCK EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER                                            
The information you submit on this application will be used to create a Parent Portal account for your student.  Once the account is activated you will receive an email with a link to the portal and instructions on how to create your own unique password.  You will need to log into the portal to complete your students enrollment and submit all required documents. After your child's enrollment has been approved, a staff member from our Parents As Teachers Program will reach out to schedule a visit with you and your child at the Early Childhood Center. The Parents As Teachers educators will evaluate your child during this visit using the Dial test. Students will also receive a vision and hearing screening.
There is a $30.00 non-refundable registration fee that will be due at the time of your child's evaluation.  You can pay by check, cash or money order.  We also accept debit/credit for a small transaction fee.

Which program would you like your student to attend?  Please be aware, there are limited amount of spaces available in each session.  Students will be assigned on a first come, first served basis according to the parameters of the Hancock Place School District Early Childhood Program.   *
Will you be needing before and/or after care?  Full time students are eligible for before and after care.  Students who attend the morning program are eligible for the before care program.  Students who attend the afternoon are eligible to attend after care.  Please note, there is a fee for the Before/After Care Program.
