Please fill out this form if your child plans to attend VIRTUALLY ONLY for the summer school session.  

Enter your child's information (one form for each child) and select virtual courses & a preferred time to take them as well as any camps your child wishes to take.  

The District is also collecting "wishlist" requests for virtual students and courses they would take IF the course could be offered virtually.  There is a section in this form to add any wishlist requests for traditional courses that your child would be interested in taking virtually (see course list for class names).  The District will then evaluate wishlist requests for virtual courses and determine if there is enough interest as well as enough resources to run those courses virtually.  We will do our best to accommodate wishlist virtual courses, however, please know it is not a guarantee other courses originally set for in-person instruction will run virtually.

NOTE:  Mini-Kindergarten for incoming Kindergarten students is currently NOT offered virtually.
