Bravo Fleet Appeals Panel Application
The Bravo Fleet Appeals Panel is responsible for hearing appeals from members on the procedural issues that may arise during a trial. Appeals Panel members must assess the validity of an appeal, and can either uphold the trial's decision or return a case back to trial. Members of the panel only assess the procedural issues of a case and do not assess a member's innocence or guilt.

Qualifications & Expectations
  • Appeals Panel members agree to serve for a 1 year, non-renewable term. 
  • Appeals Panel members must have joined Bravo Fleet at least 1 year before the date of their application. 
  • Appeals Panel members may not hold a position within Bravo Fleet Command.
  • Appeals Panel members are expected to have a solid understanding of Bravo Fleet's rules, judicial procedures, and their place within it.
  • Appeals Panel members must uphold the privacy of all members and may not reveal the details of an appeal either during or after the appeals process.
