Coronavirus symptoms and testing in families with children under five years of age.
The alliance of Maintained Nursery Schools would like to  gather a better understanding of the impact of Coronavirus on families with under fives, your experience of Covid symptoms,  testing and early years settings being open.
This information will be held by Early Education and Chelwood Nursery School and we are not collecting any information that can identify individuals.
