Please review our INTAKE REQUIREMENTS   BEFORE  filling out this form. If your cat meets the requirements please answer all required questions.  All surrender fees apply unless you have been told otherwise. Surrender fees are listed in the INTAKE REQUIREMENTS.  

 We REQUIRE ALL cats to be FIV/Felv tested before joining one of our programs.  Our cat surrender fee is between $150 to $250, depending on a cat’s age & health.  Visit our owner surrender webpage for more information.

Due to the tough economy and rising cost of care, our senior programs are out of funds. We can only accept:

  •  Pet cats under 10 years
  • Seniors under 14 years who have had a full senior wellness exam with an intake fee of $250.
