Participants Behavior All student participants are expected to conduct themselves according to Kids Elite student rules. *

Inappropriate Conduct The following are prohibited: • Anything prohibited by law, district, or school rules • Using obscene language or intentionally accessing or possessing obscene or pornographic material, as defined in subdivision (a) of Penal Code Section 313 • Harassing, insulting, or attacking others. •Sending or displaying intimidating, offensive, sexually explicit, or hate related material• Activities that would subject the district or the individual to criminal, civil, or administrative liability. *

Accommodating Students with Special Need  If a student has an assistant/paraprofessional during the school day, they must also have an assistant/Para-professional to work with them during the After-School Program or non School day programs. This assistance must be provided by the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must contact Kids Elite a minimum of 2 weeks to coordinate this.

Liability Release I, the undersigned, in consideration of my child’s participation in the summer program(s) offered at Kids Elite, assume all risk and do hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and release Kids Elite and staff members, including its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives for any and all liability from any injury or loss which may be suffered by the above-named child arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in this program.  I further authorize Kids Elite to obtain any emergency and/or medical treatment on my child’s behalf.  I have read, fully understand, and hereby voluntarily agree to the terms of this agreement and release. *
