Call for K-ACTE Summer Conference Session Proposals
The 2023 K-ACTE Summer Conference is tentatively being planned for: July 28 - 30th  
Breakout Sessions will take place on July 29th & July 30th

Complete this form to submit a conference session proposal. Submissions are due by March 31st, 2024.  Do not submit this form for items such as: affiliate meetings, lunch sessions, tours, or any other items that are not breakout sessions. Those items should be scheduled with Melissa at the email below.

This year we are hoping to offer sessions with more participant interaction. To accomplish this you can add an icebreaker, poll, game, prize, or other activity into your session.

Seating in most conference rooms will be theater style. There may be a limited number of rooms available with classroom tables for interactive work. You may not be assigned the seating style you have chosen.

Equipment / Room Set Up
A screen, podium, and projector will be included in each room. Seating style and room set up preferences are not guaranteed. If you need extra set up or supplies please plan on bringing them on your own. Presenter's are responsible for bringing their own laptops with HMDI capability to connect to the projectors in each room.
