Please complete this form to secure a spot for Term 4 lessons 2023. Classes are already in full swing however there are still spaces available and new classes can be created if required.

Classes run with the school term and will begin the week of 9th October and finish the week ending 17th December. There will be no classes on Labour Day (23rd October).

I am aware that if my child is under the age of 10, they are required to have a parent or caregiver on site at all times. If there is no adult present, the child will be asked to exit the pool until a parent returns to the facility. *
I understand that by signing up for swim lessons, I am committed for the term. A refund or credit will only be issued should the lesson be cancelled by the Learn to Swim team. *
I give my consent to be enrolled in the learn to swim programme and agree to abide by the Whangamata Community Swimming Pool rules. *
