Preschool Screenings

The preschool screenings originally scheduled for March 14th will now take place on February 21st. Please mark your calendars with this updated date. These screenings are for incoming preschoolers during the 2025-2026 school year.

Required Documents

To complete the screening process, you will need to bring the following documents with you:

1. An updated immunization record

○ You can obtain this record from your child’s clinic or your local public health unit.

2. A copy of your child’s birth certificate
