Purdue Northwest University Trunk or Treat
Hello all! This google form is for anyone who would like to participate in the Purdue Northwest Trunk or Treat on October 20st from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Please contact SAAC with any questions about the event at arnol164@pnw.edu. All are welcome!!!! This form will close on October 15th so we can ensure parking spots for everybody!

Just some important information for you guys! If it rains that day we will be hosting the trunk or treat in the parking garage on campus. Make sure you have enough candy to pass out for the full two hours! We cannot accept donations for outside organizations during the event. The trunk or treat is a Make-a-Wish fundraiser and all the donations from the event will go to the Make-a-Wish organization!  Make sure on the 20th that you have your car checked in and parked by 4:30pm or you will not be let in. You will be given a specific number of parking spot, we will send out an email with your organization/club with the number of parking spot! 
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
