Welcome!
We welcome you to let us know your interest in participating in our "See Yourself in Academia and Industry" series and affinity groups. See the website for more information. We are forming affinity groups for graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and faculty. These affinity groups are:
  1. Scholars with disabilities
  2. Scholars of color (BIPOC faculty, postdocs, and students)
  3. Out in the academy and industry (LGBTQIA+ faculty, postdocs and students)
  4. Global scholars (international faculty and students)
  5. First-generation faculty, researchers, and students
The Graduate School and the GCTM will provide support and logistical help to get these affinity groups off and running. Eventually, we see these groups self-managing themselves, with help provided as needed for space, refreshments, publicity, etc. We will maintain confidentiality for those that choose to be part of these communities. 

During the first part of 2024, we will begin organizing the groups! Looking forward to meeting you all!
