By completing this application and submitting payment, I affirm that I understand and agree to fulfill the requirements of The Yoga Common's 50-Hour Teacher Training Module: Honing Your Teaching Voice & the Art of Sequencing, including in-class hours, homework and non-contact hours outside of the classroom. I understand that these requirements are mandatory for completion of the program and will result in non-completion if I do not fulfill them. I will receive a certificate upon completion of all requirements of the Honing Your Teaching Voice & the Art of Sequencing module.

I understand that The Yoga Common reserves the right to ask me to leave the program if my behavior is inappropriate, unethical, or in any way violates the Yoga Alliance or The Yoga Common's ethical guidelines. Under such circumstances, my tuition will not be refunded.

I also understand that The Yoga Common's materials cannot be reproduced by me without permission from The Yoga Common. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

Upon acceptance into the program, I will pay a deposit of $350 to secure my spot in the program, which will go towards the total tuition. I understand that this tuition is non-refundable from the day that the Module is scheduled to begin. Prior to that date, I will receive a 50% refund if I cancel 15 days or less prior to the start of the program, and a 100% refund (minus the application deposit of $350) if I cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the program.

Deposits (minus $100 re-listing fee) are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
