We are looking for volunteer speakers for Feb. 3 and Feb. 4 who can scale their presentation for a wide variety of event sizes. There is no compensation or comped entry for speakers. However, new in 2025, all speakers will receive the discounted rate of $499 and enjoy all amenities and features of the conference.

The event will host an array of breakout sessions focused on topic areas impacting the running industry, including (but not limited to) participant growth, retention, sponsorship, operations, controlling costs, marketing/communications, business best practices, inclusion, sustainability, succession planning, vendor relations, youth events and more.

The 2025 Running USA Industry Conference presented by haku is a B2B trade conference for running events and vendors, not a consumer-focused event. Additionally, sessions are geared toward education and are not a venue for sales pitches of products or services. Please note: this application is not for keynote speaking sessions, as a keynote speaker has already been identified.

Before applying, please read: Running USA does not pay event speakers or facilitators, nor provide lodging or travel stipends. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on this event to help us continue to offer year-round services to our members.

All presenters register to attend the conference at a discounted speaker rate of $499. Selected speakers not registered for the event by 12/31/24 will forfeit the opportunity to speak. (Need to register? Do that here: https://cvent.me/g41en8.)

Speakers are selected on a rolling basis. We appreciate your patience as we review submissions.

Please note that selected speakers will be asked to reserve their content specifically for the Industry Conference. Presenting the same materials at another event, webinar, or podcast may result in revocation of the opportunity to present. No speaker can add an additional speaker to their session without prior consult and permission from Running USA. Speakers may not reassign their sessions to another speaker.
