*Please fill out the form below to let us know when you plan to bring your scholar to Gibson Elementary to take the North Carolina End-of-Grade Tests (EOGs).  Remote scholars will be placed with their homeroom teacher to take the test and Virtual Academy scholars will be placed in various grade level classes unless they have testing accommodations.  We will follow all health and safety protocols during testing.  These protocols include face coverings, keeping the scholars at a safe distance apart, and encouraging hand washing and sanitizing.

If you have more than one child in grades 3-5,  you will need to fill out the form for each of your children.

* Complete el formulario a continuación para informarnos cuándo planea traer a su estudiante a la Primaria Gibson para tomar las Pruebas de fin de grado (EOG) de Carolina del Norte. Los estudiantes remotos se ubicarán con su maestro de salón para tomar el examen y los estudiantes de la Academia Virtual se ubicarán en varias clases de nivel de grado a menos que tengan adaptaciones para el examen. Seguiremos todos los protocolos de salud y seguridad durante las pruebas. Estos protocolos incluyen cubrirse la cara, mantener a los estudiantes a una distancia segura y alentar el lavado y desinfección de manos.

Si tiene más de un hijo en los grados 3-5, deberá completar el formulario para cada uno de sus hijos.
