Childcare will be provided to the children of meeting attendees during monthly meetings at WES. The children will be supervised by WHS student volunteers in the gym adjacent to the meeting space. Parents must remain on site.

Westlake Early Childhood PTA Meeting Child Care Guidelines 1. All children must be signed in and out by a parent in order to leave the room. 2. Please make sure there is an accurate phone number on the sign in sheet. 3. No children are permitted to leave the room without an adult. No food or drink is allowed in the classroom. 4. A member will check in with the child care every 30 minutes to ensure smooth operation. 5. In event of emergency (bathroom, etc) parents will be notified by call or text *
