Sponsors tables include a 6 foot rectangular table for displaying and distributing information about your business to conference attendees. Sponsor tables include one ticket with priority seating in the theatre and at the dinner and panel discussion as well as the lunch buffet. The dinner includes a three course meal with an open bar and wine service. Sponsor tables will be set up in the lobby area and in direct foot traffic of conference attendees.
Sponsors' names will be listed in the conference program and displayed on screen at the conference. If you'd like to purchase a full or half page ad in the program, please see information at the end of this form.
All conference tickets are non refundable, including sponsor tables.
