Summer Playscheme 2020 Survey
It is hoped from the 4th July the lockdown measures for playschemes will be reduced though it is expected social distancing measures will still be in place. In anticipation of further relaxing please complete this survey to help us assess whether there is sufficient demand for a playscheme this summer and so as to determine whether we will run or not.
The cost of the scheme will be £24 per child. We are unable to accommodate sibling discounts on this occasion.
£18 if you are in receipt of low income working tax. (This is limited to the first 3 families)
£18 if your child has SEN (proof of your child receiving additional support in school would be required e.g EHCP of support letter)
The plan is to let all families know the outcome by the 10th of July.
Having already delivered a play scheme for critical workers and vulnerable families in May, our arrangements and COVID Safe operational practices are in place and ready to be implemented for the summer if we can run the scheme. You can read about it on our website using this link:
