Spinning Canvas, LLC and agents associated with the company, including but not limited to, the dance studio and related parties, the choreographer and related parties, and instructors may not be held legally liable for an injury/sickness that may occur to the student during the time period that the student is partaking in the above said activity.

Photos and videos may be taken during classes or any performances and will be solely used for promotional and marketing purposes of Spinning Canvas, LLC.
