<장소사용 시 유의 사항>
1. 모든 건물 사용에 관한 것은 BCPC 재단위원회 "Guidelines for Use of Church Facilities"의 가이드라인을 준수해야 합니다.
2. 정기적으로 예약하여 사용하는 장소는 매년 12월까지 사용을 전제로 합니다. 계속 사용을 희망하실 때에는 매년 10월 중에 다시 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 장소사용은 교회 담당부서의 결재를 받은 후에 사용하실 수 있습니다.
4. 교회 이용 목적에 맞지 않는다고 판단될 때에는 장소사용을 취소할 수 있습니다.
5. 신청서에 기록한 장소와 날짜, 시간을 지켜 주시기 바랍니다.
6. 장소사용이 승인되었어도 교회의 행사를 우선으로 합니다.
7. 사용중 안전사고 발생시 교회에서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
8. 사용후에는 냉난방기, 방송시설의 전원을 끄고 화재안전점검 및 전등 소등, 잠금장치 확인 후 퇴실 하시기를 바랍니다.
9. 입실, 퇴실 시 교회 사무실 또는 관리간사에게 연락해 주셔야 합니다.
<Precautions when using church facilities> (the Church: BCPC, you: requester or requesting group)
1. Regarding the use of church facilities, the guidelines of the BCPC Facility Committee—"Guidelines for Use of Church Facilities" must be followed.
2. Church facilities, regularly reserved and used, may not be used automatically for another year. If you would like to use the same facility for another year, please apply again by October, two months before a new year starts.
3. Church facilities can be used after you receive approval from the Church.
4. If the purpose of using church facilities does not meet the regulations and criteria of the Church, the use of the place can be canceled.
5. Please observe the place, date, and time recorded on the application form.
6. Even if the use of the church facilities has been approved, church events take precedence.
7. The Church is not responsible for safety accidents when you use church facilities.
8. After using a church facility, you should turn off the air conditioner and broadcasting equipment, check fire safety, turn off the lights, and check the lock before leaving the facility.
When entering or leaving the facility, please contact the church office or the church janitor.
